Humility is the key to being able to embody all the virtues. It is understanding that others are as important as yourself. You are thoughtful of their needs and willing to be of service. You don't expect others or yourself to be perfect, just perfect gentlemen or gentlewomen. You learn from your mistakes. When you do great things, humility reminds you to be thankful instead of boastful.
A man's pride will bring him low, but the humble in spirit will retain honor.Proverbs 29:23
Challenge yourself to be aware of any and all opportunities to practice and apply humility in your life this week, and the times you should have, but didn't because of the characteristic pride, vanity, envy, selfishness, ambition, lust, greed, desire for creature comfort and/or fear for survival of the carnal, instinctual, egoistic (self-centered) nature of your flesh.
