Live Like a King

Live Like a King

What makes a man "like a king" or a woman "like a queen"? What makes us lords, ladies and gentlemen?

Our Lord, is absolute love and virtuousness personified, God's perfect gentleman and when you stand before Him for the judgement of your character, He won't care how much you THINK you know, how many scriptures you've memorised and can recite like a parrot, how many mysteries you THINK you've solved, how many good deeds you you've done or haven't done, or what "position of authority", you THINK you've attained.

He only has eyes for what's in your heart, for out of the abundance of the heart or the emptiness of it, the mouth speaks.

He judges your character, based upon whether it comes from the divine nature of God's divine nature of absolute, undying love and its characteristics of absolute, majestic virtuousness, or if it comes from the instinctual nature of your flesh and its characteristic pride, vanity, selfish ambition, lust, desire for creature comforts and/or fear for survival.

If you're not a truly perfect gentleman or gentlewoman, a true, saintly character of God's absolute, true love and majestic virtuousness (righteousness), He will judge you as being unable to "fit in" to His eternal presence, realm and reality (kingdom) of ABSOLUTE love and virtue.

The hierarchy is an illusion, a test of pride, vanity and selfish ambition (ego), for His kingdom is not governed and ruled by a religious, empirical hierarchy, but by His spirit, the Holy Ghost, which is the supernatural presence of His divine nature and characteristics of absolute love and virtuousness, that governs and dictates our EVERY thought, word and deed, and He (love) alone, is all we need and all we need to know.

It is not the sense of our own virtue, for the virtue of man is but a pale reflection of God's (absolute love's) true, majestic virtuousness (righteousness) and a man's sense of His own virtue, only leads to self-righteousness.

Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, something shaped by art and man's devising.Acts 17:29
Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.2 Peter 1:2-4

FLEXIBILITY
lamb

passive lamb-like characteristic of true love's divine nature

Flexibility is being open to change. You consider the ideas and feelings of others and don't insist on your own way. Flexibility enables you to be creative and discover new ways to get things done. You easily drop things that become a hindrance and adopt new ones. Flexibility helps you to keep changing for the better.

Behold, I tell you a mystery; we will not all sleep, but we will all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.1 Corinthians 15:51-52

Challenge yourself to be aware of any and all opportunities to practice and apply flexibility in your life this week, and the times you should have, but didn't because of the characteristic pride, vanity, envy, selfishness, ambition, lust, greed, desire for creature comfort and/or fear for survival of the carnal, instinctual, egoistic (self-centered) nature of your flesh.
