True Love Is Absolutely Majestic

Have you heard the saying, looking for love in all the wrong places? You won't find TRUE love, unless you live for love with all your heart, mind, body and soul (absolutely), according to its characteristic virtues of assertiveness (boldness), caring, charity, cleanliness, COMMITMENT, compassion, confidence, consideration, COOPERATION, courage, courtesy, creativity, detachment, determination, dignity, diligence, enthusiasm, excellence, FAITHFULNESS, flexibility, FORGIVENESS, friendliness, GENEROSITY, gentleness, gracefulness, GRACIOUSNESS, helpfulness, holiness, HONESTY, honour, HUMILITY, idealism, INTEGRITY, joyfulness, justice, KINDNESS, LOYALTY, moderation, modesty, nobility, orderliness, PATIENCE, peacefulness, perseverance, purposefulness, reliability, respect, responsibility, self-discipline, service, tact, thankfulness, tolerance, trust, TRUSTWORTHINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, understanding, UNITY and wisdom (divine common sense).

If that's too hard for you, then you're not worthy of TRUE love and you can spend your life going from pillar to post, chasing after it, but you'll never be able to have and hold it and it will die. Not in itself, for true love can never die, but it will die in you. For TRUE love is absolutely virtuous and without virtue, there is no TRUE love.

And because lawlessness (unvirtuousness) will abound, the love of many will grow cold.Matthew 24:12

Why do you think there's so much divorce these days and the world's going to hell? If you wonder, where is the love in this world, then what you ought to be asking is, where is the virtue? Is it in you? Are you serving true love and helping it to be stronger in the world, by thinking, talking and behaving like a perfect gentleman or gentlewoman of true love, a true, saintly character?

Many people find that too hard, because they're blinded, deceived, governed and ruled by THE BEAST of their instinctual nature, that which God calls Satan, man calls ego and we in The League of True Love call, the instinctual self, that's characterised by the characteristic pride, vanity, envy, selfishness, ambition, lust, greed, desire for creature comforts and fear for survival, of the instinctual (sinful) nature of their flesh.

For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the (instinctual) things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit (divine nature), the (virtuous) things of the Spirit. For to be carnally (instinctively) minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal (instinctual) mind is enmity against God (absolute love); for it is not subject to the law (virtues) of God (absolute love), nor indeed can be. So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.Romans 8:5-8

TRUTHFULNESS

lion-like characteristic

Truthfulness is being honest in your words and actions. You don't tell lies even to defend yourself. Don't listen to gossip or prejudice. See the truth for yourself. Don't try to be more than you are to impress others. Be true to yourself, who, what, why and how you truly are, in your heart of hearts.

The truthful lip shall be established forever, but a lying tongue is but for a moment.Proverbs 12:19
