What Makes People Act Like Demons?

Thus says the Lord God: "On that day it shall come to pass that thoughts will arise in your mind, and you will make an evil plan"Ezekiel 38:10

GOD, is the Great Omniscient Deity of absolute, true love. He exists beyond space and time, in the eternal moment and all of mankind's history, is but a single blink of His eye. He sees all and knows all, from the dawn of creation until the end of time, for it's all in the same moment from His perspective.

That's why He knows every thought, word and deed you have had, said and done, and will have, say and do in the future, and He plans around us all. What's His plan? Why, to fulfil the true desire of every heart, which is to be filled with absolute love, peace, grace, wisdom and joy, of course...

From where do sinful (negative) thoughts come?

They come from the instinctual nature of the flesh, the characteristics of which are pride, vanity, selfish ambition, lust, desire for creature comforts and the fear for survival. It is these characteristics that feed the mind with proud, vain, selfish, lustful, cowardly, fearful, "evil" thoughts, that transform anyone into the character of the instinctual beast, known in eternity as Satan.

True Love conquers all they say, and that's because only true love can overcome the instinctual, savage beast of the flesh, and transform a sinner into a saint, with its characteristic, absolute, majestic virtuousness.

ABSOLUTE, true love is ABSOLUTELY holy, peaceful, graceful, gracious, assertive, caring, charitable, compassionate, confident, considerate, cooperative, courageous, courteous, creative, determined, dignified, diligent, enthusiastic, flexible, forgiving, friendly, generous, gentle, helpful, honest, honorable, humble, idealistic, integral, joyful, kind, loyal, moderate, modest, orderly, patient, persevering, purposeful, reliable, respectful, responsible, self-disciplined, tactful, thankful, tolerant, trusting, trustworthy, truthful, understanding and wise.

These are the fruits (characteristics) of the nature (spirit) of absolute, true love (God).

God is NOT religious, He IS love and love is not religious, He is absolutely virtuous, beyond anything you can imagine or hope to become, in your own strength. The only virtue you need to master, to be clothed in His righteousness (true love's virtuousness), is absolute humility, for absolute, true humility is the key to overcoming the sinful, instinctual nature of the flesh (Satan), that makes you your own worst enemy.

But He turned and said to Peter, "Get behind Me, Satan! You are an offense to Me, for you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men."Matthew 16:23

Let those who have the ears to hear and eyes to see, get the bigger picture...

FORGIVENESS
lamb

A lamb-like (passive) characteristic of true love's divine nature.

HARMONIZED WITH
Justice: Justice draws the line. Forgiveness erases the wound. Together, they restore the soul.

Forgiveness is giving someone another chance after they have done something wrong. Everyone makes mistakes, including you. Forgiveness not only frees the one you forgive, it frees you too. Forgive yourself as well, when you know you've made a mistake and instead of carrying the guilt, ask for forgiveness, decide to act differently, and then be determined and have the faith that you can change.

"But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses."Mark 11:26

Challenge yourself to be aware of any and all opportunities to practice and apply forgiveness in your life this week, and the times you should have, but didn't because of the characteristic pride, vanity, envy, selfishness, ambition, lust, greed, desire for creature comfort and/or fear for survival of the carnal, instinctual, egoistic (self-centered) nature of your flesh.
